Q: What is the new RF Video website selling?

A: The new is completely digital only.  When you purchase any of our titles they will be stored in your digital library to be streamed at any time.  No longer is downloading necessary, and now our site is compatible with multiple devices.  Our videos are hosted world-wide to give you the best playback experience no matter where you are in the world.


Q: What happened to my past purchases on

A: With the creation of our new website we have merged both websites.  If you have made a digital purchase on before, you now qualify to have it added to your account again for free.  Since we have moved the website to a new platform we were unable to carry over account information & order history.  To request your old purchases to be restored we will need to you do 2 simple steps:

  1. Create an account on our new site with the same email address used to make previous purchases.
  2. Request access using our Contact Us form, including the same email address.

We will verify matching email addresses from past purchase history and grant your new account with those past purchases.  We CAN NOT grant access of titles to a different email address.


Q: Can I still purchase physical DVDs & Blu-rays?

A: No.  After 27 years of selling our titles on physical media we are now progressing with the times and have switched to digital media only.  We can't thank all of you enough that have purchased a VHS, DVD, Blu-ray from us over those years.


Q: How can I watch my purchased videos?

A: After making a purchase you can easily access your videos by clicking "Account" from the main menu, and then click "Access My Purchased Video Libary".  The experience is seamless if using a computer or mobile device.  If you wish to watch using a video gaming console or streaming stick such as Fire TV or Roku you will just need to access our website using a browser on those devices.


Q: Will my purchased content ever expire?

A: No!  All purchases will always remain in your library to watch whenever, or as many times as you want.

Q: Will you ever add "insert title" back to the site?

A: We are looking at constantly adding more titles to the new website.  Our goals are transferring all the previous titles that were available on DVD, and also go back and transfer ones on VHS that never made it to DVD straight to digital.


Q: Can I use my Signed By Superstars rewards for discounts?

A: We have created a product on for a "RF Video Gift Card".  Purchase this on SBS using your points and we will manually create the gift card for you to use on  Because we have to manually send them to you please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
